Shifting the Seasons

Fall is almost here!  I love the warmer days and cooler nights and the fantastic smell of woodsmoke coming from neighbors' houses.
Mostly, I love the shift in seasons because they always bring something new.  Change can be very good.

However, sometimes we don't feel we are ready for changes like those that are present in our experience right now.
You may be feeling confused or worried, but our new reality is upon us!  This a good thing, despite the hardship that has affected persons all over the world.

All these things that we are currently contending with have been here all along.  It is just our eyes that are opening and our spirit that is awakening even more.

The month of September is the beginning of your freedom.  No matter how things look, trust your heart to be your guide. Your responsibility is YOU!  It's time to Create!

Please Create responsibly :)

Be kind.  Be well.  Be blessed.

"Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself."  ~ Rumi

“You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, smarter than you think, and loved more than you'll ever know.”  ~ A.A. Milne

Hiking

Hiking is a great form of exercise and can be done completely alone.  Just bring your compass and water!
Nature is a healer and the sense of accomplishment and feeling of joy that comes from spending time in nature is how it begins.
You don't have to be an avid hiker.  Try a flat trail or a park to get started.
